The Adventures of Saturday

So yesterday was Fan Fest at the U. It was fun but really super hot. The marching band had to play twice, and we got to wear our freaking sexy uniforms! haha! After Fan Fest was over Kendon, Mary and I went to Park City and did the Alpine slide. It was really fun! I want to go again! But I was really smart and left my camera in the car so I don't have any pictures from this great adventure. Me and Mary were both nervous, but it was a blast once we got goin!! Then we went to the outlets and Kendon got some sweet shirts!

Then after our great adventure in Park City, Kendon and I went on a date. We went lazer tagging, which was a blast! We went and got dessert after at Just Desserts in K-Town. It was yummy!! And then we watched The Pursuit of Happyness. I had a great time! and I'm really glad that I got to spend all day with Kendon before school starts tomorrow!! Scary! I'm not ready for school to start. Anyway, Peace out!

Friends!!

Summer

So amongst all the maddness of friends, getting ready for college, and saying goodbyes to everyone who's moving, we went on a family camp out! Woo! I love camping! It was great fun!

We went up to Ashley National Forest, it's gorgeous up there. My dad rented atv's and my grandpa has a boat so we could get some intense trolling in lol....

My dad brought up his shot gun and 22 and my brother Mike brought up his hand gun! Halley was like freaking Annie Oakley out there! It was great! I also love shooting....can anyone see that in me? lol

Holy cow!

Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't blogged in a while!

July! K so July 4th I went on a date with one of my friends from YFE. It was fun! We hiked up to the "Y" on the mountain and watched fireworks all over the valley. There were alot of really great fireworks!

June! In June I went to YFE in Nauvoo. It was the second time I've been there for YFE, but deff the most incredible time! It was amazing! I loved the spirit there and I hated to leave.

I made tons of new friends who love the

gospel and they are great examples to me!

I'm so glad I got to go!

Graduation!

Well, I'm graduated!

Graduation was a very long drawn out process because my graduating class had 744 people! But the senior class officers gave really good speaches so it was bearable. lol

The all night party after graduation was a blast! I rode a mechanical bull and ate tons of food, it was a great way to kick off summer!

All Star Symphony!!

I used to play in the Davis Youth Symphony as the first flute/piccolo player. With DYS we went to a youth symphony festival and got to play at Abravanel Hall in SLC. Big deal! It was soo cool and an experience I'll never forget! Well, the directors of all the youth symphonies got together and chose the best players out of each group to play in the All Star Symphony. I got chosen to play third flute/picc. The All Star Symphony plays in a side by side concert with the Utah Symphony! How cool is that?! I'm so excited! We have two rehearsals a week for three weeks and we get lessons with the pros that play our instruments. I'm stoked. Our concert is on May 13th at Abravanel. Anyone who wants to come just needs to call the box office at A.H. It's going to be incredible! We're playing some pretty intense music! :)
